In the role of Expert Witness, we manage the preparation of reports and exhibits that present facts used in negotiation, deposition, arbitration, mediation or the courtroom. Litigation support often involves:
- Computing lost business profits and/or lost business value, resulting in breach of contract or other liability
- Tracing assets – fiduciary responsibility, money laundering, marital v. non-marital, theft, conflicts of interest
- Tracing hidden assets – bankruptcy, marital, ability to pay judgment
- Calculating amount due pursuant to employment contracts
- Assisting with calculation of value of business interest as defined in agreements or according to legal principles
- Investigating insurance and healthcare fraud and abuse
