Mountjoy Chilton Medley Receives National Recognition as Large U.S. Firm

Mountjoy Chilton Medley LLP (MCM), a large regional accounting firm headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, was recently recognized nationally as the 102^nd largest accounting firm in the United States, based on net revenue as ranked by INSIDE Public Accounting (IPA).

The annual ranking of the “IPA 200” was released in the September issue of INSIDE Public Accounting, a national publication that has been analyzing and reporting on the accounting profession for over 30 years. The IPA 200 is the most up-to-date, published list available of this next tier of the nation’s largest firms.

“We’re continuing to grow as a firm, which is pushing us closer to the Top 100,” said Co-Managing Partner Diane Medley. “But it’s not just growth for growth’s sake. We are focused on adding value to our clients and services, and we believe the future holds a lot of opportunity.”

This is the second time in 6 months that MCM has been recognized by a prominent national Accounting publication. In March 2012, Accounting Today also ranked MCM as the 102^nd largest accounting firm nationally, and the 9^th largest firm in the Southeast Region.

In 2011, MCM was named as a “Firm to Watch” by Accounting Today, and ranked as the 105^th largest firm by Inside Public Accounting.
