Glenn Bradley is Chair of the firm’s Manufacturing and Distribution Service’s Team and oversees assurance services for clients in a variety of industries. His focus is on middle market growth oriented companies and he has significant accounting and auditing experience with commercial companies, as well as complex organizations, both public and private. He has more than 30 years of experience, including 19 with an international firm. Glenn also serves as a technical resource for GAAP/SEC compliance reviews, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), business combinations and variable interest entities, as well as performs internal control reviews, M&A transaction services and is a member of the MCM employee benefit plans audit team.
