John has over 20 years of accounting and auditing experience including 18 with Ernst & Young. He currently serves on the Baker Tilly International network Auditing and Accounting Technical Issues sub-committee. In addition to financial statement audits, John has extensive experience in dealing with public debt filings and refinancing, interest rate swaps and A-133 audits.

John has worked with a variety of healthcare and non-profit organizations in the region which include Norton Healthcare, Trover Health System, University of Louisville Hospital, Commonwealth Health Corporation, Bluegrass Regional Mental Health – Mental Retardation Board, Inc., Licking Memorial Health System, St. Mary’s Hospital and Medical Center, and Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Foundation.
