Mike is a co-managing partner at Mountjoy Chilton Medley LLP. He is a 1972 University of Kentucky graduate with over 33 years of public accounting experience dealing with corporate clients in the areas of audit, tax, business consulting, and business valuations.

Under his leadership the firm has grown to become the largest Kentucky-based accounting firm with specialized niches in high-demand services such as employee benefits, IT consulting and risk management. He has built a highly skilled team of respected professionals that have gained notoriety as alternative to the Big 4 in the ever-changing landscape of the accounting profession.

Mike has accomplished a reputation for excellence in the areas of business valuation, buy/sell arrangements, closely-held business succession planning and implementation, and alternative investments.
