Todd Rosenbaum specializes in consulting, accounting, and regulatory services with an emphasis on insurance, technical GAAP accounting, and regulatory compliance. He has consulted with commercial entities related to financial transactions, formation, mergers and acquisitions, tax structures, complex reinsurance and risk financing transactions, as well as employee benefits planning, enterprise risk management consulting, and process consulting and examinations (including SSAE 18 / AT-101 SOC examinations), among others. Todd is a regular guest speaker at industry events including IASA, SOFE, and financial and professional association events and meetings, among others. Todd also provides accounting, assurance, and consulting services to companies in the construction and real estate, manufacturing and distribution, service, retail, and energy industries. He has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a Partner and the Director of MCM’s Insurance Team and a contributing partner in MCM’s Manufacturing and Distribution, Construction, and Real Estate Service Teams.
