Frank is the former Managing Partner of KPMG LLP. He has 37 years of audit and accounting experience, 25 years as a partner, working primarily with industrial and automotive companies, both privately and publically owned, with multinational operations. Experienced in both U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Frank has experience in cross border reporting in US GAAP and IFRS with entities in numerous countries. His experience dates back to 1984 of audits of Japanese owned entities based in the US, both start up and existing entities, primarily in the automotive related industry.
