Chris is a partner in MCM’s Tax Services Department and has experience in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, construction, and services. His practice includes advising middle market growth-oriented companies on planning and executing strategic transactions including mergers and acquisitions, ESOP transactions, and other transition strategies.
Chris is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and leads the ESOP Advisory Service practice group. He also actively participates on the Manufacturing and Distribution, Construction, and Transaction Services Teams.
Prior to joining MCM, Chris was associated with a national accounting firm.
