MCM CPAs & Advisors, the region’s largest CPA & advisory firm, recently appointed three new partners in its Louisville and Jeffersonville offices. Effective January 1, 2018, Michael Grim, JD, MBA, Matt Neely, CPA and Kourtney Nett, CPA, have begun serving as partners in the firm. In these roles, Michael, Matt and Kourtney will maintain their current leadership positions, while expanding his efforts in new business development and support.

Mike Grim focuses primarily on controversy, audit matters and planning related to federal, state and local taxation. He leads the firm’s State and Local Tax Services Team, and has previous experience litigating matters before various state and local boards and courts, as well as the U.S. Tax Court. He counsels clients on a variety of issues involving federal, state and local income taxes, employment, real and tangible property and local licensing. He has been with MCM since 2015.
Matt Neely has more than 12 years of experience in public accounting, focusing his practice on tax and consulting services and strategies, with emphases on the construction and manufacturing industries. He is the co-leader of MCM’s Construction Services Team, and has been with the firm for more than five years. He practices in our Jeffersonville office and lives in southern Indiana with his wife, Lindsay, and two daughters (with a third on the way).
Kourtney Nett’s primary focus is providing assurance and advisory services to her broad base of clients, with a particular emphasis on healthcare facilities and not-for-profit organizations. She leads MCM’s Risk Advisory Services Team, and is also a member of the firm’s Recruitment Committee. Kourtney has been with the firm for nearly 10 years, and has spent 18 years in the public accounting industry. She lives in Louisville with her husband and two children.
