Jim is a Partner and the IT Consulting Team leader at MCM. Prior to joining MCM, Jim was the founder of Kramer Consulting (KCI), a technology services provider focusing on serving our customers through business partnerships. During his tenure, KCI was consistently listed on the Louisville Business First lists of the area’s largest IT firms, “Best Places to Work,” and “Fast 50.” He serves many different industries, including professional service organizations, not-for-profits, manufacturing, and automotive services. With a background in electrical engineering, Jim brings a structured approach to systems review and automation by first listening to the needs of the customer and then applying a custom solution to provide our clients with a strategic advantage.
