Stephen (Steve) Schulz provides broad-based practice management consulting services for physician practices. His practice focus is revenue enhancement and revenue performance tracking projects. He also provides support in the area of practice governance and financial operations. Steve also performs studies on fair market value compensation for private physicians and hospitals for a variety of contracting and physician / hospital alignment purposes. Steve also has significant experience with mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes the review of deal structures, sales prices, and tax implications to shareholders on both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
