Personnel Profiling, Inc. (PPI), a Louisville-based company offering employment assessments and services to a national client base, joined CPA & advisory firm Mountjoy Chilton Medley LLP (MCM) on July 1, 2014. The move allows both organizations to provide a wider array of services and greater depth of experience to clients, particularly in the in-demand niche of human resources consulting.
“We’re thrilled to make the move to MCM,” said PPI President Linda Winlock, who acquired the company in 1991 following its founding in 1987. “Thanks to the referrals of our wonderful clients, PPI has enjoyed enormous growth over the years, and this transition allows us to better exceed the needs and expectations for both our current and future clients.”
PPI offers a full suite of employment assessments to companies of a variety of sizes and operations, along with leadership development, job training, employment screening and hiring assistance. These services will dovetail with MCM’s HR Consulting department, which currently focuses on compliance, HR systems and employee relations.
“Our creation of an HR Consulting department in 2013 was one of the smartest decisions we’ve made,” said MCM Managing Partner Diane Medley. “Our clients, from all services and industries, have responded really well, and by bringing on the PPI team, we are expanding our offerings and expertise in this critical niche.” MCM has been strategically growing its consulting division, adding an IT niche last year as well.
PPI’s full, four-member staff have relocated from their St. Matthews office space to MCM’s downtown Louisville headquarters in the Meidinger Tower. All of their products, tools and services will continue to be offered at MCM.
